Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance across the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client or business requirements and design integrated solutions.
• Install, configure, and integrate hardware and software systems.
• Ensure interoperability between different platforms, tools, and applications.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrated systems.
• Develop technical documentation, integration workflows, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and vendors to resolve integration challenges.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Integrator, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with networking protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
